Forms-Etc
The Forms‑Etc module allows you to prepare additional payroll related forms for the various states and the federal government.
This module supports many Federal forms, including the 940, 941, 944, 945, 941-X, W-4, I-9 and W-9 plus forms for all 50 states, including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
Unlike the After-The-Fact Payroll Module, Forms‑Etc is a basic forms filler. You enter your data directly onto an easy to read facsimile of the form on the screen, and then you are ready to print.
You can use Forms‑Etc when you simply want to prepare a state unemployment form on the screen without setting up an employer and employees in Payroll.

Module Interaction
- The Laser Generation Option will allow you to print the recipient, payer and state copies on plain paper using an HP compatible laser printer.
