The Import Assistant extracts data from several different file formats and then converts that data into a special type of text file that can be imported into the W-2/1099 Forms Filer or into Payroll.

The formats include:

• Lotus WK1 or dbase III DBF File
• QuickBooks 1099 Print File
• Form Print File
• Federal 1099 MAG File
• Federal W-2 MAG File
• Competitor Software Products (does not import payroll checks)
