Laser Generation Option
By adding the Laser Generation option you can print most forms on plain white paper. No need to buy preprinted forms.
The only forms you will need to purchase are 1099 Copy A forms and 1096 forms and any other forms that are not accepted as laser generated.
You can even print the W‑2 and W‑3 Copy A forms, as well as 941, 940 and many other forms that the software supports on blank paper if you purchase the Laser Generation Option and have an HP LaserJet compatible printer.
Some Features of the Laser Generation Option
- Prints forms on blank paper (except for required preprinted forms such as the 1099 Copy A and the 1096 forms).
- Requires HP LaserJet Series II or higher printer.
- Print Preview function allows support for many non‑HP laser printers.
Module Interaction
- You can print forms in the W-2/1099 Forms Filer on blank paper.
- You can print forms in Payroll on blank paper.
- MICR checks can be printed in Payroll .
- Forms in Forms-Etc can be printed on blank paper.
