AMS Support knowledge Base - Transferring
- When transferring from a prior year, the 1099-R money amounts do not come over; only the payer and employee information. Is there any way to change this? Thanks, Steve Darnell Serial number 5E623PLX
- We are running out of space on our C: drive, and I'd like to transfer/reinstall the 1099 software on the D: drive, where there is more room. What is the best way to move this over, and modify the icons and menu commands so that they will still work?
