A new version of the 2009 software has been uploaded to the 1099-etc.com website.  You can now download version C-2.1 as a full or differential update. Here is what is new with version C-2.1:

Minnesota - Workforce Development Rate
Minnesota's Workforce Development Rate has been increased from .10% to .12%.  A-T-F Payroll has been updated with this new rate.

Preferences - Check Entry Fields
Two new Preferences, Suppress Dept Field and Suppress Check Memo, have been added to the program. 

When these Preferences are checked these fields will not be displayed on the Check entry screen.

LB-0456 -    The form was rounding the Additional Fee Rate.  The field size has been increased to correct the issue. 

LB-0851 -    An error would occur when accessing the form.  This has been corrected. 

E-Filing Services
941
In certain situations, and error would occur, "The element RoutingTransitNumber is missing or out of order, or the element PaymentAmount is invalid", when e-filing the 941.  This has been corrected.
