A new version of the 2009 software has been uploaded to the 1099-etc.com website.  You can now download version D-2.5 as a full or differential update. Here is what is new with version D-2.5:

The revised California 2009 State Tax Tables have been updated.

Maine - State Quarterly Magnetic Media Filer
The State Quarterly Magnetic Media Filer for Maine has been added.

Forms
The following forms have been updated or corrected.

Louisiana - LEAS4
Added barcode to lower left corner of the form. Previously, employees were being repeated on subsequent wage listing pages. This has been corrected.

New York - MTA-305
Employees marked as Other Exempt were not being exempted from the calculation. This has been corrected.
If there were more than $2,500 in first quarter wages but less than $2,500 in March and less than $2,500 in the second and third quarter, the form would not print. This has been corrected.

New York - NYS-45 Part D
The dates were not printing correctly. This has been corrected.
