A new version of the 2009 software has been uploaded to the 1099-etc.com website.  You can now download version D-2.6 as a full or differential update. Here is what is new with version D-2.6:

Check Pay Periods
Since certain states are now requiring a Pay Period on check vouchers, a prompt has been added, when printing individual checks (Input>Browse), to enter a Pay Period or Date Range.  Please note that batch printing checks (Input>PrintChks) will now use Preview, even if the "Enable Check Print Preview" Preference is Off.

 
Check Printing
In certain situations, the checks were not printing correctly because the Check Type was overwriting the Printer Mode.  This has been corrected.
