A new version of the 2009 software has been uploaded to the 1099-etc.com website.  You can now download version E-1.0 as a full or differential update. Here is what is new with version E-1.0:

W-2/1099 Forms
1096 Form - Transfer from 1098, 1098-T and 5498  Forms
The 1098, 1098-T and 5498 forms were not transferring correctly to the 1096 form. This has been corrected.

1099 Forms - Recipient SSNs
The ability to Mask the Recipient SSNs on the 1099 family of forms (includes 5498s and W2-Gs) has been added to the Basic Payer screen (Payer>Basic Payer Info).

Form Entry Screen
If a form, such as the PR-R3, had fields that were numerical with no decimal, the value was not displaying on the Form Entry screen correctly.  This has been fixed.

Federal Tax Tables 2010
The Federal Tax Tables have been updated for the 2010 side of the program. 

Michigan - FUTA Liability
The FUTA liability for Michigan has been updated to show the increase in the 4th Quarter. 

New Jersey FLI
According to New Jersey, the FLI (Family Leave Insurance) is to be reported on the W-2 separately from the WF (Work Force).  The program has been updated so that these two amounts, when transferred, to the W-2 they are both listed separately in box 14. 

Oklahoma - State Magnetic Media Filer
Oklahoma requires a T record in the State  Quarterly Magnetic Media file.  This has been updated.
