A new version of the 2009 software has been uploaded to the 1099-etc.com website.  You can now download version E-1.1 as a full or differential update. Here is what is new with version E-1.1:

941 - E-Filing
In certain situations, an error would occur,"Either the element PaymentCreditTotal is missing or the element NumberofRecipients is invalid", when e-filing the 941. This has been corrected.

New Jersey WF Rate - 2010 Only
The New Jersey employee WF rate was incorrect.  This has been fixed.

When exporting the WF to the W-2 and combining two fields, the name "SWF" was always used, even if the user specified a different name.  This has been corrected.

New York - Client Letter
The New York Client letter was printing the MTA mailing address and indicating the client was to sign the form even when no form printed.  This has been corrected.

Puerto Rico - 480.6 Export to W-2 Form
The Puerto Rico 480.6 information was not exporting correctly to the W-2 form.  This has been corrected.
