A new version of the 2010 software has been uploaded to the 1099-etc.com website. You can now download this version as a full or differential update. Here is what is new with version B-3.6:

A-T-F Payroll
Illinois - SUTA Rates
If using the split rates for Illinois SUTA Wages, a warning message will display when editing the SUTA Rate on the State/Local screen.  These rates must be edited on the Special Illinois screen (State/Local>Info>Special IL Edit screen).

New York - MTA-305 Client Letter
The MTA-305 Client Letter now includes instructions for including the EIN and MTA-305 on the check when paying the MTA-305 tax.

Other State/Local Withholding
When setting up a User Defined Field for Other State/Local Withholding lower case letters could be entered for the state code. this caused the field to calculate incorrectly.  This has been changed to only allow upper case letters.

Puerto Rico - State Quarterly Magnetic File
Puerto Rico UI Magnetic Media file was placing the line feed before the carriage return which was incorrect.  This has been fixed.
