Increased the size of the 941-B liability fields from 9 to 11 characters.

Florida UCT-6/6A - Check Digit
The check digit will no longer print in the SUIN Account Number box on the UCT-6/6A forms.

Report E - Employee Reports/Labels
A new report for an employee count per Department or Class has been added to Report E - Employee Reports/Labels.
