A new version of the 2010 software has been uploaded to the 1099-etc.com website. You can now download this version as a full or differential update. Here is what is new with version B-5.0:

General Information
After downloading and installing version B-4.0, when editing an employee, the program was not loading the previously defined Federal/State Exemptions and the State Dependents on the employee's Status Information screen.  Clicking OK on this screen would cause the program to replace the previously defined values with zeroes.  After installing B-5.0, that should no longer occur.

The program has been updated to support the New Hire Act.  This includes the 941 form, Report A and the ability to mark an employee as eligible for the credit.
