Client Letters
In certain situations, mainly New York and Massachusetts, client letters were not printing correctly.  This has been fixed.

Iowa 65-5300
The Iowa 65-5300 form has been updated to include the new Reporting Unit Numbers.   

South Dakota
The default South Dakota surcharge rate has been updated to meet state specifications.

User Defined Fields - Garnishment
When the Garnishment percent was 0 and Calculating Code Z was used an error, "Invalid Floating Point", would occur.  This has been corrected.
