A new version of the 2011 software has been uploaded to the 1099-etc.com website. You can now download this version as a full or differential update. Here is what is new with version E-4.7:

A-T-F Payroll
940 Worksheet
If all states in a payer had a SUTA Wage base of 0.00,  an error would occur when opening the 940 Worksheet.  This has been corrected.

941
Line 17, on the 941 form, will now calculate when the form is opened. 

ACH Net Pay Deposits
ACH Net Pay Deposits have been updated to support the Bank of America required fields.

Certified Payroll Report
The Certified Payroll Report is now masking all but the last four characters of the SSN.

Connecticut - W-3 HHE
The Connecticut W-3 HHE form has been added to the A-T-F Payroll module.

Maine - State Quarterly Magnetic Media File
If there was only one Employee in Maine, the State Quarterly Magnetic Media Filer would show zero  Employees.  This has been corrected.

Maryland - State Quarterly Magnetic Media Filer
The Maryland State Quarterly Magnetic Media Filer has been updated.

North Carolina - 2012 State Withholding Tax Table
The North Carolina 2012 State Withholding Tax Tables have been updated. 

E-Filer
Social Security Numbers
The SSA has started issuing SSN's that begin with an 8.  The E-Filer has been updated to support this new standard.
