25 MHz and 4 MB of RAM
Hayes compatible modem

Preferred System Requirements
IBM-compatible computer with 486 or better CPU
50 MHz and 8 MB or more of RAM
Hayes compatible modem

DirecTax runs in Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows for Workgroups 3.11 and Windows NT.

DirecTax requires a minimum of 5 MB of hard disk storage. Additional storage will be required as the number of electronic tax payments processed through DirecTax increases.

A Hayes-compatible modem will be required to transmit electronic tax payments.
