Print Collator

In order to import QuickBooks W-2s into our program, the W-2s must be printed to a virtual printer provided by the Print Collator.
The following instructions will guide you through installing the Print Collator and then creating the W-2 export file. Once the file is created, you will need to re-open the 1099-Etc program and, at the Main Menu, select Utilities > Import Assistant > Import W-2s from QB 2006+ to begin the import.
