1099-etc 1099 W-2 Forms Filer : No Stylesheet Options

When I try to use 1099-MISC form to enter new payees, I am told the form is not yet available. Why am I getting this message?

We update the forms as soon as we receive the software specifications.  At this time we have not received that information yet. Please keep checking the website for updates.
