Although the Laser Generation option is not designed to work with OfficeJet or Inkjet printers, using the Print Preview feature of the 1099-Etc software will normally print forms correctly.  To enable this feature, place a check mark in the box that says Print Preview or Multiple Copies on the Printer Mode screen, located above the OK button. Continue printing as normal.  When prompted to "View or Print printer output", click View. This will display the output on your screen. From within this view screen, click Print. Select the appropriate printer and click OK. This will take a little longer to print, but should print correctly.
