After transferring my W-2 data from A-T-F Payroll, Box 12, the 401k deferred compensation should be labeled with the letter "D", but the program labeled it with the number "4" How can I correct this?

This label is setup on the User Defined Field screen. To correct this, open the client in A-T-F Payroll and at the A-T-F Payroll Menu, select Payer>Payer Edit>User Defined Fields. Double click on the 401K field and enter the "D" in the W-2 Box 12 Code field and click OK.
