Yes, our program will electronically file the 941 forms through our AMS Payroll module.  E-Filing 941's requires the following:

• You will need a valid internet connection.

• You will first need to apply for an E-File Signer PIN from the IRS for each company that electronically files the 941's.  This can be done in the AMS Payroll module from the Payer's General Information screen (Payer>Payer Edit>General).  The IRS will mail the E-File PIN to the company.  This normally takes 7-10 business days. 

• There is a charge per 941 form and payment is made when submitting the  E-File.  Only Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard and American Express) are accepted as payment methods.  
• You will setup a username and password along with other information to that will be used to identify the "transmitter".
