Yes, you can.  However, it is a little different from the import for prior QuickBooks versions.  For QuickBooks 2006+, you will need to create and memorize four reports (three if you do not import tax deposits) in QuickBooks.  Those files can them be imported into A-T-F Payroll using the "normal" method while skipping Step 0.
