Can the scanable version of form C-3 for the Texas Workforce Commission be filed without printing it on the TWFC's red form?

Yes. All the forms in our software have been approved for submission to the various states. If the form does not say "Do Not File" or "File Copy Only" then you can go ahead and submit the forms.
