Can A-T-F Payroll generate a New Jersey W-3?

No, A-T-F Payroll does not generate the New Jersey W-3 form. However, the New Jersey W-3 form is included in the Forms-Etc module as a fill-in form (data does not flow through from A-T-F Payroll, you would need to manually enter the information).
