FITW is no longer printing on the W-2 forms, how can this be corrected?

Open the Payer and the W-2 form. On the Form Entry screen, click Default. Click OK and then click in the FITW field and hit the F6 key. (Notice at the top of the screen beside the F6 PRINT is now capitalized). Hit the Page Down key to Save.
