When I print the pre-printed W-2 Copy A form, the employee's first and last name do not fit into the correct boxes. It looks correct on the screen, so how can I get it to print correctly?

Be sure you are specifying the Copy A when you print that form. You probably selected 2-up copy on the Select Type of Output screen which is formatted differently from the Copy A form
