How do I import 1099-MISC information from Quickbooks into the 1099-Etc program?

You will need to print the 1099s to a Generic Text/Only Printer from QuickBooks. This will create a Print file that you can import by defining the form fields through 1099-Etc Main Menu>Utilities>Import Assistant>Import from a QB 1099 Print File.
