How do we get the A-T-F Payroll program to round to whole dollars for the Federal Withholding?

At the A-T-F Payroll Menu, select Payer>Payer Edit>Preferences. Place a checkmark before Check Entry Fields, Preference 13. Calculate FITW w/o cents.
