Can 1099 forms be imported from Excel?

Yes. Data in Excel will need to be saved as a Tab Delimited Text file. Then at the 1099-Etc Main Menu, select Utilities>Import Assistant>Import from a Tab Delimited Text File, you will associate the columns with the various form fields. Once this is done, the data can then be imported.
