When I try to download the update, I get an error message stating "Pluggin did not intialize" and it closes the program. What does this mean?

This message means that your browser is unable to correctly display the web page. Make sure your internet browser has been updated. If it has, you could try a different browser (i.e. Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer)
