The HP 3100 series printer is a multifunction device.  In order to print with this printer, you must use the Print Preview feature. To use this feature, place a check in the box that says Print Preview or Multiple Copies on the Select Print Mode dialog box. Continue printing as normal. The last dialog box you will get will ask for an output mode. Your choices will be View, Print, or Quit. Select View. This will display your forms on your screen as they should appear when you print them out. From within the view screen, click on Print, make sure the correct printer is selected and click OK. This will print your forms as a graphic image instead of a PCL print job.
