I have tried to download 1099-Etc and get a message that "Zip File is damaged, truncated, etc. - try to download again", which I've done with the same result. How can I download the program?

This message indicates that the file has become corrupt during the download process. Try using the 1099-Etc Download Manager. This can be found by going to Utilities>Program System Utilities>Download Update from Internet from the Main Menu. Place a check mark in the box that says Dialup/AOL Connection.
