I just downloaded the new program and when I went to install, I got an error message "Setup Initialization Error: Setup cannot access required information file". What can I do?

You may still have the program running. If you do you need to close the program. If you don't have the program running shut your computer off wait for a few seconds and turn your computer back on and try it again.
