When printing checks, can I remove the "$" that prints?

Yes the "$" can be suppressed. To suppress this, at the AMS Payroll Menu, select Payer>Payer Edit>Preferences. In the Checks and Vouchers section, place a check in 5. Suppress $ on Printed Check .
