I recently re-installed the 1099-Etc software from source disks on a new computer. When I select a payer and form, I get an Error #266 (Invalid size) and the error message further says that there is a database record/buffer size mismatch. How can this be corrected?

It sounds like a file was corrupted during installation or the source disk may have a corrupted file. First try to re-install the program from the source disk. If you are still receiving this error, go to our website and download and install the Full Update.
