I tried to update from within the program and the download manager just runs continuously and I eventually get a message, "Cannot connect to the AMS webserver". What is the problem?

You probably have a Firewall blocking our program from accessing the website. You can either change the Firewall setting or go directly to our site, www.1099-etc.com, and download the latest update.
