You can try this to correct the spool 32 error :1. Go into Control Panel and click on Printers and Faxes.2. Right-click on your printer in the list and then click on Properties.3. Click on the Details tab. 4. Click on the Spool Settings button.5. Next put the dot next to the line that reads PRINT DIRECTLY TO PRINTER.6. Click OK and that should hopefully eliminate the error message.If this does not correct the error, please call Technical Support, 405-340-0697, for further assistance.
