If you submitted the forms via E-Filing Services for the 941s, W-2s or 1099s, you can check the Batch Status by doing the following:

• At the 1099-Etc Main Menu, select Module>E-File.
• On the E-File Menu, select E-Filing Services>Check Status. The Check Status screen will list all Batches and their status. You can view details of each Batch by selecting Detail Status

If you submitted the forms via E-File direct and uploaded a file to the IRS/SSA for W-2s or 1099s, you will nee to log on to their systems to find out the state of the submission.
