We have used 1099-etc for many years. When we import from Quickbooks, new employees import just fine, but old employees do not get any address or name changes. Is there a way to make sure the new addresses and names get imported from Quickbooks?

Yes, you will need to enable System Variable #81. To do this: At the Main Menu, select Utilities>Program Systen Utilities>Adjust System Variables. Scroll down to # 81, "Update existing EE info during IIF import". Change the N to X and click OK.
