We installed a new printer and all of a sudden when we print paychecks, the numbers, column headers, and withholding descriptions do not line up in the boxes on the paystub. What is causing this?

This is often seen when using newer printers.  To remedy this situation,  select Options>Printer Settings at the A-T-F Payroll Menu.  Select the Printer Mode and click Next.  On the Printer Device and Codes screen, place a check in the Printer exceeds 300 dpi box, which is located in the Printer Features section, and click OK.
