This could be a couple of different settings:

• When you print a form or report you can check the Print Preview or Multiple Printing box on the Printer Modes screen, then when generating the form it will prompt you for the number of copies to print, make sure this number is set to 1.
• This could also be a setting on your printer itself.  If this is the case you would need to consult your printer owners manual to change the setting on the printer.
