When I print forms I get an error message, "Class not registered". What is the problem?

To clear up this message, please do the following:

Please do Steps 2, 4 and 5 first. If that does not work start at the beginning and do Steps 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

1.Do a search for regsvr32.exe on the C Drive. Note the folder where the file exists.

2.Open the 1099-Etc program, select Utilities>Technical Support, if prompted, select Program Directory, and select the DOS button.

At the DOS prompt, this should be the program directory, type:

3.Path=%Path%; c:\Windows\System32 (where c:\Windows\System32 , is replaced with the path of the regsvr32.exe file that you found when the Search was done).

4.Copy many2*.oc2 many2*.ocx

5.regsvr32 many2pdfx.ocx

Close the Utilities screen and retry to print.
