When the data prints as # signs it indicates that either the Program or the Laser Generation Option is not enabled. If the program and/or the Laser Generation Option has been purchased then we just may need to re-serialize your program. To do this at the Main Menu, select Utilities>Program System Utilities>Serialize Program (requires Key Code).
