When printing 6-up W-2's via laser generated forms, the receipient name block is too far left and doesn't show correctly through the envelope ordered for your software. How do I increase the margins in the Recipient Name and Address block to shift it to the right?

Use the Align command on the Form Entry screen. When at the Align screen for the 6-up form, click the "+" to increase the left margin in increments of 0.1 character widths. This shifts all data printed to the right, not just the Recipient Name and Address.
