The most common reason for this is when installing and the Select Destination screen appears, the CD-Rom drive letter is entered instead of the computers hard drive letter. Check in My Computer and verify which drive letter is which. If indeed the specified drive letter is the computers hard drive, this drive is full and can not hold any further data. You will need to either remove enough data from this drive to install the program, or install to another drive.
