On the Form Entry screen, the button labels across the bottom, "Prev, Next, Add", etc, are displayed in nonsense characters. How can I fix this?

To correct this problem you will need to do a FULL update of the 1099-etc program, and this should correct this problem. You can download the Full Update from our website, www.1099-etc.com. If the problem still occurs you would need to call AMS Support at 405-340-0697
