Why can't I view reports and tax returns before printing? Why can't I print multiple copies of the tax returns?

The print preview is not currently a setting that is carried over from year to year. When printing, you will get a dialog box that asks you to select your Printer Mode. On this dialog box, just above the Next button, there is a check box for Print Preview or Multiple Printing. Place a check here and you will be able to view before printing and be able to print multiple copies.
