Why would I setup different Users?

The most common reason to setup multiple users is to setup different Third Party Designee/Preparer information. For larger companies, it is possible that there are multiple Preparers/Third Party Designees within one company. If your Preparer and Third Party Designee information is the same for all payers, then the default SYS should be used.
