When the data prints as # signs it indicates that either the Program or the Laser Generation Module is not enabled. If the program and/or the Laser Generation Module has been purchased then we just may need to re-serialize your program. To do this at the Main Menu, select Utilities>Program System Utilities>Serialize Program (requires Key Code). Enter your Serial Number and click on Serialize Now and follow the prompts.
