How do I transfer only the payer information from last year without transferring the recipient data too?
Most forms transfer the recipient information as well as the payer information automatically. However, after the transfer you can delete all of the recipient records. All the forms have an option that will allow you to Delete All Records. Usually it helps the user to have Recipient records ready for new dollar amounts for the new year.
- On the Form Entry Screen, select Options>Delete Records>3. Delete *ALL* Records.
